The Chester Residence has a great location. You can reach all sights on foot. The staff is extremely helpful in booking Highland tours, restaurants and other services. The apartments are great. The breakfast is tasty. All in all the price-performance ratio is unique. We felt very comfortable.

Everything - simply put this hotel deserves every accolade it receives. The staff, the building, the rooms and the management are all the benchmark for the rest of the industry. You are treated as a guest and not a customer.

We enjoyed the deluxe apartment with a garden and found the in-room refrigerator, electric kettle, and dishwasher very convenient, situated in a tranquil suburban neighborhood.

Excellent apartment with huge lounge and bedroom. Enough items in the fridge to make a light breakfast which was a nice touch. Also nice to get a cafetiere and fresh ground coffee rather than the usual freeze dried stuff! Staff very friendly and helpful. Located within 10 min stroll of Princes Street so great location too. Overall highly recommended.

The Chester Residence really lives up to the hype, i stayed at Chester street in the Garden apartment, it has just been fully renovated and really is beautiful. Quality finish, great decoration , and the extra touches make a difference ( drinks on arrival for no other reason apart from thats what 5 star should be) Top marks to the staff i met, Neil the concierge , Anna and Katie R(There are 3 Katie's) and had the pleasure of having a coffee with the GM upon leaving. A great hotel with the awards to prove it.

Fabulous hotel, very central location to the central area of town, extremely friendly staff, great bar area. Brand-new and generous sized room with ample amenities and very nice experience. Free parking and gorgeous breakfast on the continental. Early check in and a terrific service throughout my stay.
